Not a medical device. Does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Discuss results and changes with a clinician.
The Overnight Oxygen Workbook is a short guide to self-experiments you can run and log with your tracker. It is included with lifetime access.
What is inside
- 15 numbered steps, in order from changes that tend to show up in your data within a few nights to changes that take weeks or months to show as a trend.
- When to talk to a doctor, covering patterns in your data that are worth discussing with a clinician.
Each step says what to try, which numbers to watch (ODI, SpO2, T90, nadir, desaturation count) and what published studies found. A two-week experiment log and a numbered reference list are at the back.
Read it or download it
