Terms of use
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and PulseOxTracker when you use this site or an account on it. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email contact@pulseoxtracker.com and ask.
Who we are
PulseOxTracker runs this site and the dashboard behind it. You can reach us at contact@pulseoxtracker.com or through the support button on any page. We answer by email.
What this product is
This is a general wellness product. It reads recordings from a Wellue pulse oximeter you already own, stores them, charts them and shows trends over time.
It is not a medical device. It does not make clinical decisions and it is not a sleep study. The numbers it shows come from your own device. What they mean for your health is a conversation to have with a doctor.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Do not use it to decide whether to start, stop or change any therapy or medication.
Your account
You need an account to store nights. You must be 18 or over. Give a real email address, because that is how we reach you about your account.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Do not share a login.
The free nights
A new account can add 5 nights at no cost. Those nights get the full dashboard: charts, tags, nightly measures and night-by-night comparison.
Each free night shows one experiment from the Overnight Oxygen Workbook, 5 in all. The full workbook is not part of the free nights. It comes with lifetime access.
When the 5 nights are used, the nights you already added stay in your account and stay readable. Adding more nights needs lifetime access. Deleting a night does not return a free slot, because the allowance counts nights added rather than nights stored.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a single payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
Lifetime means the life of the product, not your lifetime. While the product runs, lifetime access gives you unlimited nights, the full dashboard and the Overnight Oxygen Workbook. It does not entitle you to features that do not exist yet, and features can change as the product changes.
Syncing straight from a device happens in your browser over Bluetooth. That depends on browsers and on device firmware we do not control. CSV import stays available as the fallback path.
If the product ever closes
We may stop running the product. If we do, we will email every account holder at least 90 days before the site goes offline.
During those 90 days you can sign in and export every night you have stored as CSV files, so your data leaves with you.
After that notice period we owe no further refund beyond the refund window below. That is part of what a single payment for the life of the product means, and it is stated here before you buy.
Refunds within 30 days
If lifetime access is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment and we refund what you paid in full.
Ask through the support button on any page, or email contact@pulseoxtracker.com from the address on your account. You do not have to give a reason. We aim to process the refund within five working days, back to the card you paid with.
A refund closes your paid access. Your account and your nights stay unless you ask us to delete them, and you can still use any free nights you have left.
Your 14-day cancellation right
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase.
Lifetime access is digital content delivered at once. At checkout you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose the 14-day cancellation right as soon as delivery starts. You cannot buy without agreeing to that, because access is granted the moment payment clears.
Our own 30-day refund above is longer than the 14 days and applies regardless.
Pricing and launch pricing
The price you pay is the price shown on the checkout page at the time you buy, in US dollars. Your bank may add a currency or card fee we do not see.
A launch price is a time-limited offer with the end date shown next to it. When it ends, the list price applies. We may change prices at any time for future buyers.
If the price drops after you buy, the difference is not refundable. If you buy at a launch price, your access is not affected by any later increase.
What you may not do
Do not upload recordings that are not yours to upload, or anything unlawful.
Do not resell, share or republish the workbook or your account access.
Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, and do not try to reach data belonging to another account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a breach, we do not owe a refund.
Your data and your content
Your recordings stay yours. We store and process them to run the service for you, as set out in the privacy policy.
The site, the workbook and the software behind them stay ours.
You can delete a night at any time, and you can delete your whole account from the account page in the dashboard.
Availability and liability
We run the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted or free of faults. Maintenance, hosting failures and browser changes all happen.
Keep your own copies of anything you rely on. CSV export is there for that.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights, including the right to digital content that matches its description.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
If a change materially affects paid access, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
Please email contact@pulseoxtracker.com first. Most problems are quicker to sort out that way.
Not a medical device. Does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Discuss results and changes with a clinician. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
